She smiles!

Lucy is finally smiling often enough to catch it on camera! (which we suspect is taking time out of her busy tantrum-filled schedule, since there seems to be a definite reduction in screaming as of late).

3 Months

Lucy turned 3 months old on Saturday! Here are some pictures of her participating in her new least favorite activity: tummy time.



It starts out with her thinking that it might not be so bad.



But then I don't immediately pick her back up...



...and things escalate from there.



Here, she has just plain given up.



Since Lucy is allowed out and about now, we took her to church for the first time on Sunday. She slept the entire time, which I'm pretty sure might be an actual miracle.

Changes

I found this picture of Lucy from July, when she was a little over a month old. I decided to take a comparison shot today, at a little under 3 months old. She's in the same onesie and the same size diapers in both pictures, but she's filling both out quite a bit more successfully these days.

Hiking

We took Lucy hiking for the first time, and it turns out it may have been a *bit* too soon for that. On the bright side, she probably scared off any wild animals with her wailing!

TV Time

Lucy loves watching tv with dad, though he might get a little more out of it than she does.
